I can’t believe my luck.

The only day of the week (never mind it’s only Wednesday) when I arrive for work late, approximately 8:40 am, and I see my boss walking towards me. What is he doing here? He’s supposed to have this Six Sigma Training the entire day. Unfortunately, the moment he chose to step out of his training room to go to his car was also the exact moment I was just about to enter the office. Talk about bad luck.

I walk towards a different direction, thanking the gods of the rain for the umbrella that is covering my face. But lo and behold, he still recognizes me and shouts my name across the empty parking lot.

I smiled and waved as if nothing happened. He had a big smile on his face. Teehee...:-)
