There goes my weekend
I’m slowly trying to crawl my way back in to this blogging thing again…
Anyway, just came back from a 3-day weekend (Independence Day yesterday), but I’m still feeling tired. Must have been all the baking I did last Saturday. Imagine baking 200 cookies! Dagdag pa ng weather na napaka-humid! Ugh...Well, it kinda paid off naman, and it was fun and embarrassing at the same time. With the impending rain and all haha…My sister and I were going back and forth to the car loading our cookies, tables and chairs kase umaambon na. Then it would suddenly stop. So we would unload again. Then aambon ulit! So we’d do the whole routine again. Omg, it was so humiliating and funny at the same time since we would see people from church looking at us while we were going back and forth carrying stuff through the rain!
While we were waiting for would-be customers to buy our cookies last Saturday, these two guys handed us a flyer to Simply Spa. It had 50% off on all its services until June 15. So we decide to try it out yesterday. And all I can say is it is soooo good! They said the massage is only 80 mins, but mine lasted for 2 hours! Feeling ko di na titigilan ng girl yung back ko…haha. :-) Their facilities are also nice. I particularly liked the shower room. I also tried their sauna, which is okay. I saw a bottle of baby oil while I was steaming myself off, so I thought off massaging it into my hair. Parang HOT OIL! Now my hair is softer. Yay! And the massage did me good…Made my skin really soft also…Makes me wanna buy those after-bath body oils (Neutrogena, or a cheaper version) for maintenance.
Might go back there again next month to have a body scrub…
